Abstract

This paper proposes an approaching focus from systems point of view, and empirical observation from the social networks design for the National Innovation System (NIS), through a typological and situational mapping that illustrate the articulation degree in the system, which from build a system dynamics model for the policy exploration, pointed to stimulate systemic efficiency of NIS.
