Abstract

Tecnologico de Monterrey is a leader in distance education learning in Latin America. It offers a wide variety of online programs in undergraduate, graduate and continued education, including engineering. This institution, leader in educational innovation, also applies technology to the teaching-learning face-to-face and blended processes. Some of the online-learning initiatives related to engineering education are: MOOCs, hybrid courses, simulators, virtual labs and other high potential projects such as corporate universities and executive continuing education.
