Challenges for the Strengthening of Human Talent for the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)

In the work that is leading the MinTIC to strengthen the sector of information technology (IT) it is a priority to guide actions in order to promote training and development of human talent that fulfill the characteristics and projections of this sector to mobilize economic growth and social development. In the design and develop of different initiatives there have been emerging concerns, learnings and insights that enable us to achieve quality impacts, quantity and team’s relevance that contributes to the ICT sector. The national and international challenges facing the exploitation of the potential of information technologies require to promote the expansion of capabilities of human talent.
