Perspectivas conceptuales sobre la ciudad y la vida urbana: el problema de la interpretación de la cultura en contextos urbanos

This article elaborates a general discussion about the diverse ways of conceptualization that the Social Sciences have developed about of “city" and “life urban" The author highlights the proposal of sociological and anthropological interpretation of the organizational problem of culture in urban context. In this sense, such analytical development has an explanatory objective: to answer the question of how these sciences have answered and imagined the problem of the city, and which of its elements are valid today, when a conceptual model to understand the social change in our cities is necessary.
