Abstract
Based on fieldwork carried out in five auto-parts companies in Cordoba (Argentina), and integrating contributions from anthropological and economic theories, this article discusses how business representations regarding the role of workers in the processes of incorporation, rejection, acceptance and generation of productive knowledge have been transformed in the past two decades.
