"Un estudio reciente sobre poblaciones de peces en 110 corrientes entre 1992 y 2019 descubrió que el área de distribución de muchas especies de peces subtropicales y tropicales se ha visto desplazada hacia el norte en las zonas afectadas por las corrientes cálidas, lo que sugiere una posible dispersión de la distribución en el futuro."
