Alpina: A Case of Innovation for Competitiveness

Abstract

Alpina is a pioneer in the Colombian food industry whose business activities have been characterized by permanent innovation. This article describes how Alpina has developed a culture of innovation, quality and permanent initiative that governs all its activities. It demonstrates how continuous changes in the competitive environment have led the company to engage in a permanent process of innovation and strategic reflection in order to ensure its sustainability into the future.
