Abstract
Peacebuilding involves states, groups and individuals that conform a very complex system. A usual simplification is to assume that the role of individual psychology is irrelevant in comparison with the large covering given by sociology, politics and economy. We emphasize that this approximation is anymore applicable and henceforth to speak of peace without being aware of the individual psychology is fallacious. We focus on the construction of the inner artificial reality and we prove that it is a source of every kind of conflicts and we deduce some practical applications over the management of peacebuilding processes.
