Abstract
This paper analyzes the impact of public infrastructure on the productivity of manufacturing industries in Colombia between 1990 and 2005 by focusing on the theory of duality. The paper draws specific attention to the effects of public capital investment on the cost structure of the industry, through their interrelationships with the different private production factors.
