Kojima Miyoko is the CEO of Our Share Co Ltd, a diversity consulting firm specializing in advising and facilitating organizational changes in Japanese institutions regarding inclusion, management of diverse personnel, and empowerment of female leadership. She has received awards and recognitions from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and others for her efforts in promoting women's participation in the Japanese labor market.
