Abstract

"American superhero comics of this era were created by various artists, typically including a writer who crafted the story, a penciller responsible for the drawings, an inker, a colorist, and a letterer who added dialogues and narration to the artwork. Kuwata's work, for the most part, involved him serving as the writer, penciller, and letterer, taking into account that he already had pre-existing stories as a foundation."
