Resumen
El concepto de jus post bellum ha sido propuesto para designar el marco normativo de la transición del conflicto armado a una paz sostenible, recogiendo la creciente influencia del derecho internacional en procesos de transición. Sin embargo, concebido en la tradición de la guerra justa, el concepto enfrenta múltiples desafíos para su configuración como noción legal. En este sentido, el artículo ofrece una introducción al jus post bellum desde la literatura legal que lidera este debate, así como la discusión de los principales aspectos sobre su alcance, contenido y perspectivas para su desarrollo bajo el derecho internacional.
