Abstract
This article proposes a dialog between the concept of ‘revolt’ by Kristeva and Cros’s concepts of ‘cultural subject’ and ‘subject of desire’. This dialog will allow understanding the perception of the social experience in the writer’s psychic space and vice versa, the recent literature and the role of the literary criticism in the present-day configuration of the society and the Literary Studies. The ‘revolt’ and the ‘subject of desire’ will approach to the notion of writer like a figure that elaborates in the literature the not conceptualized and many times trivialized civil unrest, and will offer an interpretation which enables the reader to experience its own ‘revolt’.
