Abstract
The construction industry has developed various techniques and models in order to improve production, reduce loss, and prevent project changes. These changes may have arisen from contingency plans determined by the general construction parameters, and by the relationships of influence and dependence that generate a certain order between them. This article shows a prioritisation technique to identify the most determinant techniques and models to improve production, through the creation of a computerised tool.
