Kōbai is an open-access journal published by the Japan Center and the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the University of the Andes, Colombia. Its purpose is to promote learning and reflection about Japan from the diversity of various fields of knowledge, thus fostering closer ties between Japan and Colombia.
