Aspectos Clave de Diseños de Aprendizaje Virtual Éticamente Sensibles: Recomendaciones Prácticas Desde un Panel Delphi

Resumen
La educación ha sido entendida como un sistema, donde necesariamente se articulan el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje y los valores éticos. Este estudio identifica algunas acciones clave que se deben tener en cuenta en los diseños de aprendizaje que sean sensibles a los aspectos éticos importantes en los entornos virtuales de aprendizaje. Se aplicó la metodología Delphi con dos rondas y una encuesta con tres categorías de consulta. Un grupo de diez expertos coincidió en las tres categorías propuestas: diseño instruccional, acción tutorial y evaluación, que permitieron analizar el comportamiento ético de estudiantes y docentes. Las dos rondas permitieron obtener el consenso requerido en la mayoría de las acciones propuestas. Sin embargo, otras actividades obtuvieron un peso ponderado que permitió establecer algunas reflexiones sobre falencias y, a la vez, sugerencias en la interacción del aprendizaje en un entorno virtual. Como una necesidad para apoyar una educación honesta e integral, se aceptaron las opiniones de los expertos para orientar una nueva oportunidad de educación virtual. Se infiere que las interacciones entre estudiantes y docentes en un ambiente virtual de aprendizaje no responden exclusivamente a estrategias digitales y didácticas. También se requiere asumir la experiencia ética inherente a esas interacciones.
