Aspectos-chave de concepções de e-learning sensíveis do ponto de vista ético: recomendações práticas de um painel Delphi

Resumo

A educação tem sido entendida como um sistema, onde o processo de ensinoaprendizagem e os valores éticos estão necessariamente articulados. Este estudo identifica algumas ações-chave a ter em conta em concepções de aprendizagem sensíveis a questões éticas importantes em ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem. Foi aplicada a metodologia Delphi com duas rondas e um inquérito com três categorias de perguntas. Um grupo de dez peritos chegou a acordo sobre as três categorias propostas: conceção pedagógica, ação tutorial e avaliação, o que permitiu analisar o comportamento ético de estudantes e professores. As duas rondas resultaram no consenso necessário para a maioria das ações propostas. No entanto, outras atividades obtiveram um peso ponderado que permitiu estabelecer algumas reflexões sobre lacunas e, ao mesmo tempo, sugestões na interação da aprendizagem num ambiente virtual. Como uma necessidade para apoiar uma educação honesta e integral, as opiniões dos especialistas foram aceites para orientar uma nova oportunidade de educação virtual. Conclui-se que as interações entre alunos e professores num ambiente virtual de aprendizagem não respondem exclusivamente a estratégias digitais e didáticas. Também é necessário assumir a experiência ética inerente a essas interações.
