Abstract
The article is a testimony of the teaching experience of more than five years in the New Trends in Education module, of the master’s degree in education at Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga. This module is a testimony of educational transformation supported by two bets described in the article: first, a systematic process of educational transformation focused on the modification of content, didactics and evaluation in two scenarios: intra-module and intermodule; On the other hand, the commitment to carry out an analysis and reflection on the educational transformation guidelines reiterated by UNESCO in its document Reimagine our futures together (UNESCO, 2022). Starting from this support, the article subsequently proposes an analysis of the implementation of the module based on two theoretical approaches to the teaching and learning processes: adult training and curricular flexibility. This analysis allows us to identify achievements and challenges that can strengthen the implementation of the module in future cohorts.
