Abstract
The author studies Foucault’s use of the concept of war, contrasting it with those of other authors (Clausewitz, Sun Tzu). Starting from Foucault’s statements on power, law and violence, it is possible to propose a concept of war different from the classic thesis (even to the point of inverting them), that can be seen as a deconstruction of the idea.
